Are you ready to level up your weightlifting game and turn your weaknesses into your strengths? I want to share my knowledge with you to help you achieve your best physique yet! The two most common weak points in people’s physiques are their chest and legs, so that’s going to be our main focus in my new 12 week Fitplan. We’re going to be doing a 6 day split, hitting every muscle group at least once a week, and training some key muscle groups twice a week. This is a full gym workout that utilizes drop sets to level up some of your favorite traditional bodybuilding exercises and get those aesthetics in check. In this program you need to be committed and accept no excuses. When you train hard and train smart, the benefits are limitless. Let’s do this!
