Your chest is about to feel really good! We'll be working those pecs with some chest presses, flies, and more. Make sure to keep your form in great shape for these. Focus on connecting your mind to your muscles to active those target areas. Give it all you've got and push through to the last rep. Don't forget to rest 60 seconds between sets and 30 seconds between exercises. You're doing awesome so far! Keep up the same energy!
