Today is all about that plyometric work. Explosive exercises really get that heart rate pumping and help you burn fat while simultaneously working your muscles effectively. Make sure you’re drinking lots of water because you’re about to sweat! Rest 45 seconds between sets. You’ll also want to focus on form and stabilizing that core – these two things can get a little tricky with plyometric work. You got this!
