Way to go! We are on our last workout of the week. We are back to upper body today, and we're going to be spreading the love around, including some shoulder presses to get us started off. Shoulders are a smaller muscle group that are prone to injury, so be careful with your form, and don't go crazy with the weight. We are finishing things off with plank dumbbell reaches to really work that plank form! Work it like you mean, then rest up well over the next couple of days.
