Excellent work in yesterday's upper body routine. Let's match the same level of intensity on today's lower body workout! You have done all of these moves before, so hopefully you should feel comfortable with the technique, leaving you to focus 100% on working your hardest through every single rep. Remember the goals you set in front of you, and keep them in the front of your mind because they will keep you motivated even if you have an off day - which we all do now and again!
