I designed this one especially for all of us who are stuck at home with no access to the gym but don't want to lose our form and fitness levels, or perhaps those of you wishing to take advantage of this time at home to get into better shape. Since I know most of you won't have extensive gyms in your homes, this plan is designed to need the bare minimum in terms of equipment. You just some basic dumbbells and bands, plus your body weight, and you're good to go.
