I bet you are ready to close out the week. But let's do it in a blaze of glory (that ends in a pool of sweat)! I've got barbell work with squats, deadlifts, and thrusts. And I've got Bosu work, again, for balance and stability. And, of course, you are going to be jumping! Jumping Squats and Lunges that will set those legs on fire. But give me everything you've got. Tomorrow is a rest day, today it's all about working it for all it's worth!
