Welcome to Week 11! Our second to last week and we are going to keep the intensity soaring. We did these same moves for lower body and cardio last week, so now is your chance to check in on your form and your ability. Focus on perfect technique, full range of motion, and push the weight up a bit if you can without losing form. Though we use our inner thighs in a lot of exercises, the Inner Thigh Plate Sliders are a great way to isolate this muscle group, as it is definitely an important part of strong and shapely legs!
