I have some really fun moves for you to try out in today's lower body/HIIT combo. I am sure you have probably done bicycle crunches before, but today we will be doing them banded for an extra challenge! Then I've got some Plank Jack Sliders, which, although they might sound like something off a bar menu, are one heck of a tough exercise for the core, glutes, and quads. And to do honor to my native Sweden, we have some Ski Jumps for super leg work!
