The barbell is going to be our best friend today! We are going to weight it up for some serious Deadlifts, Thrusts, & Squats, then hit the Bosu ball for Burpees and Toe Taps. Plus we have jumping Squats and Lunges so there is absolutely no doubt you are going to sweat it out today! I want to see you working it out there, so get ready to give me your all! You're the best!
