Today is a full body day, but again, we are mixing it up with some new moves. Remember how important it is for both body and mind to keep from getting bored! I want to really see you working smart with the Plate Passes. These are incredibly challenging, since we are combining a static plank with dynamic upper body and core work. I want these at an up-tempo pace but never at the expense of good form! And if the Body Saw doesn't cut you right in half, nothing will! Get ready to SHRED IT!
