Week 9 and we are gonna shake things up yet again! We are back to starting off the week with a lower body workout, and this one is going to be intense! There is plenty of work on the treadmill and stairmaster, and we are even adding in a weighted walk on the stairmaster for a super challenge! Plus, we have an awesome combination exercise, the Kettlebell Deadlift to Squat, where you can expect to find yourself in a puddle when you're done! Push it today for all it's worth, baby!
