How’s your motivation today? If it isn't at its highest, that’s OK! If you feel a lack of energy from time to time, it’s perfectly normal When motivation lacks, determination kicks in! So just try to envision your goals as clearly as you can and let that energize you as you hit the gym today. And make sure you are taking photos of yourself each week so you can see just how much progress you have made. There is no motivator, after all, quite like results!
