Week 8! Ain't it great? You know the drill here, this is the same workout we saw to start last week. So let's take the opportunity to hone in on some treadmill etiquette. We already talked about using YouTube videos (of course music is fine too) with timings that match your workout to help pass the time. So a few more tips. We always want to start our treadmill work warmed up and hydrated. I also want you to take off your headphones and listen to your feet as you run. Too much noise usually means we need to check our form!
