Full body, full intensity! Let's dedicate today to focus on breathing through our exercises. No holding your breath, no panting. Remember that oxygen is what powers our muscles during exercise. So I want you establish a breathing tempo for each move, and generally we want to breath in with the work, out as we return to our starting position. Make sure, also, that you are breathing through your diaphragm - test this by touching your lower ribs as you breath to make sure they are moving with your breaths.
