Welcome back. Hope you took advantage of your rest day. Remember that sleep is just as important as anything else in terms of our health, if not the most important. Proper sleep is necessary for our cells to regenerate, especially when we are working so hard! Today we are kicking off a new week with another upper body crusher. Remember in those single arm exercises that we still need to keep our body aligned so we are not losing proper form!
