One of the things I want to focus on with our cardio today is feeling how there are different ways to really burn calories. HIIT and other such interval training schemes are great, but if you pay attention, the incline treadmill work we have been doing is a surprisingly effective way of shredding as well. Sure, it feels like a piece of cake when you first hop on, but 10-15 in you should be really sweating.
