A new week is always a good reason to reexamine our goals to stay motivated and on task. One thing I find really helpful is to set smaller goals within my larger objective, and try to meet them each day. So maybe today your goal is not to slack off even for a second during the cardio. Or maybe it's to up the weight a little bit in the squats or the deadlifts. Whatever it may be, choose something attainable so you can feel good about all the progress you are making. Keep it up! You rock!
