Shredder day! We are going to really burn some calories today and tone those abs as well. I hope you are well on your way by now to adopting a healthier diet. Remember that it is extremely important not to deprive yourself of junk food or empty calories, but to replace unhealthy choices with healthy ones. You definitely should be eating three square meals a day, with healthy, balanced carbs and proteins. Remember that those muscles need food to grow!
