Upper body today! How are you feeling? Sometimes we might get into a slump with low motivation, but remember that a little progress each day will lead to huge results in the end. Try to take confidence from performing these moves we have already done with better form and more concentration. And remember, sometimes it's OK to just have an off day. The important thing is to take whatever negative feelings you have and channel them through your workout, so you can leave the gym feeling better than when you came in, and most of all, to stay consistent!
