Welcome back! I hope you got in a good rest day and are feeling refreshed and motivated to start off a new week. We are starting off with the same lower body and cardio routine we saw last week. Again, this gives you a great opportunity to fine-tune your form in each exercise. Remember that consistency is key to success in the gym, so we want to be sure we are training our muscles and joints to work correctly. This will also hugely reduce the risk of strain and injury so we can keep working toward our goals!
