Wow! We are already at the end of Week 4, can you believe it? And because you have come so far, I have a special treat for you today. We are combining lower body work with HIIT (high intensity interval training). If you are unfamiliar with this type of workout, we are working at our max for short bursts, then doing active rests (so we keep working but at a lower intensity). This type of training is proven to boost metabolic rates and make our workouts super efficient, so we maximize results in minimal time. They are definitely challenge, but I know you are totally up for it! Let's go!
