Today get ready to fill some buckets, as you are gonna sweat something fierce! But in the best way, of course. We have a ton of great cardio on the treadmill, plus some serious ab work to keep sculpting and toning our lovely mid-section. I absolutely love the Mountain Climber Sliders, which you can do even if you don't have sliders in your gym, though you may need to do some experimentation to see what works for you. This is a difficult move to pull off, but the results are huge if you do it right!
