I have an absolutely killer all body routine lined up for you today! Can you handle it? Of course you can! You are a champion. We are doing some great moves with an exercise plate, for some serious upper body and core work, with a variety of dumbbell exercises, and then finishing off super strong with one of my favorite body weight moves: the Up & Down Plank.
