Great work so far! We are back in the saddle for Week 4, and I just know you are ready to ratchet things up. So we are going to work out longer now, and work five days with only two days off! The workout today is only10 minutes more, but trust me, you are going to feel them! We are going to start off on the stairmaster and do a variety of cardio there. This is a great machine for combining cardio and booty blasting, believe me! Then we are going to do a mix of highly targeted lower body moves to give those legs and butt all the love they need to firm up and shape up!
