Full body days, my favorite! There's nothing quite like working every muscle in your body and then going home feeling spent, but in the best way possible! Again, same moves we saw last week for our full body day. I want you to really get to know yourself, your comfort zone for each move in terms of selecting the proper weight or resistance, and to focus on perfect technique for each exercise. And remember, the great thing about these full body workouts is that not only will you burn calories and build strength, but you’ll also improve your cardiovascular health!
