OK, today we are closing out our first week of my Total Shred Fitplan. Give yourself a nice pat on the back because you have worked really hard this week. You may be feeling frustrated if you don't see immediate results, but remember that this is a process, and it will take some time for our bodies to respond to the changes we are making. You just keep working hard and staying committed to your goals, and the results will sneak up on you! You'll see. Today is cardio and abs, and we are really going to blast them! Just remember that it is essential to be eating good, lean, nutritious meals in conjunction with your workouts if you want to slim down your waist!
