Great work yesterday! Today we have another day of cardio but this time it's mixed with upper body moves. Remember that we are here for definition as well as strength, so we need to shed unwanted pounds, and the best way to do that is through cardio! Then we will do a fun mix of moves for our shoulders, arms, back, and chest. Especially if you are new to all this, but even if you are not, make sure you choose weights and bands that offer a challenge, but never so much resistance that you are unable to work with proper form. This is key to getting the most out of each exercise.
