Hello and welcome to Day 1 of my Total Shred Fitplan! I am very excited that you have chosen to take this journey with toward a better, healthier, fitter you! I want us to get started on a fun and challenging note, so today's workout is going to be a mix of cardio and lower body moves designed to burn fat while we strengthen and define our legs and booty. We will start off on the treadmill at different inclines, then move into some excellent movements for the lower body, including the Plate Tempo Squat, which is a great way to work the entire body and get the heart rate up! Let's go get to work!
