Last one of the week, and what an intense week it's been! Let's close it out in style today as we alternate jumping with bodyweight moves. New to our Fitplan are double unders, one of the more challenging jumps, but you are more than ready for it! Make sure you're jumping high enough so the rope has time to pass under your feet twice, and focus on swinging the rope hard once, giving it enough momentum for two turns around you.
