Alright! We're closing out another week today as you reach the halfway point of our Fitplan. We know how hard you've been working, and it's inevitable to feel a bit of a drop in motivation or energy every now and again. Just keep your fitness goals at the forefront of your mind, and redouble your commitment to them! Today's workout is simple but highly effective, with 30 second sets throughout except for our criss cross finisher, which lasts a minute. Give it your max today, then you have two whole days to rest up, recover, and refuel.
