Nice! This is our last workout of the week, and then it's a solid two days rest for you, though feel free to do some light cardio if you want to. We have a new jump today, the side swipe, which is not only highly effective and fun, but will make you look like a legit ninja! It's always recommended to jump on a surface with some give, like a gym mat, to avoid undue stress on the joints, and some static stretching plus a cold shower after your workout is a great way to prevent soreness the day after.
