Nice job out there yesterday! Not it's time to get into our first jump rope tabata workout of the Fitplan, and we know you're just going to crush it. We're starting with four classic bodyweight moves, then it's all rope work. Our work times are short throughout - 20 to 30 - so really try to give it 100% while we're working, taking the rest times between sets to recover.
