Welcome to Day 1 of our Jump Rope Tabata Fitplan. We're kicking things off with a full body workout designed to activate every muscle you've got, from head to toe. We're doing 30 seconds of reps per exercise for the first four moves, then a full minute for the next 10 moves. Don't forget to breathe with as much control as you can, and be sure to check in with the demo videos, especially if you're new to jumping rope and/or bodyweight exercise.
