Hey and welcome to our Total Body Shred Fitplan, designed to not only to help you lose weight but to activate every single muscle through a cocktail of dynamic bodyweight exercises and jump rope moves. Yes, you can certainly expect a lot of sweat, but you can also expect to increase your muscular endurance while improving your athleticism. This program is extremely effective for advanced athletes but also a great starting place for beginners who are ready to take their workouts to the next level. Over the course of the next month, we'll be building serious strength and endurance, boost your overall performance, and get you into peak condition. We'll be working out five times per week, 30 to 40 minutes per workout, with three full body sessions and two jump rope tabata routines, where we'll be keeping the intensity super high by repping for twice as long as the rest periods between reps. We are also going to ramp things up as we progress from week to week. As your fitness level improves and you get more comfortable jumping rope, we'll be adding in more and more complex moves to keep your workouts interesting and challenging. We've been at this for a long time, and, as our own transformations can testify to, if you stick with it, we guarantee you'll see some amazing results. You've got this!
