Workout #4 is all about your upper body. Take a moment before we get started to clear your mind of any distractions. I like to take 10 deep breaths in and out to help me focus for the workout ahead. I have added in a superset to today's workout. When you reach Pulsing V's you will perform this for half of 45 seconds then switch to Russian Twists for the remainder of 45 seconds. Let get ready to sweat!
