I hope you're ready to work hard today, we've got a great workout in store! We'll be starting things off with the dumbell burpee punch which will fire up your whole body and get that heart pumping. At the end of today's workout I've included a sumo squat drop set, so you'll be starting with the heaviest weight for the designated reps before immediately switching into the next set of weights and reps. Focus on pushing through your heels and squeezing your glutes at the top of this move. You've got this!
