Today we've got a great glute and arm workout planned! We'll start off with lunges and rows, followed by some other fun compound moves including a good morning, squat & curtsey lunge (completed as a single exercise!). Focus on maintaining a tight core, which keeps your spine safe, and pushing through your heels on today's exercises. You're well on your way to a toned and tight body, let's do this!
