Wow! Today marks the beginning of the final week of my Fitplan. You've come so far in the past three weeks, and now's no time to slow down. With that in mind, we're only taking one rest day this week, so stay focused on those goals! I've designed today's workout to really up the ante, with a full 12 moves, the first eight as part of a tabata routine, and then a killer ab finisher to really shred those abs! Go out there and crush it!
