Great job on Day 1. I hope you feel energized and ready to start really honing in on your lower body, which is our focus for today. We're going to be doing just six moves today, but that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. Make sure to watch the demo videos on these moves to make sure you're working with good form, and pay close attention to any disparities between your sides on the fire hydrant-donkey kick combo and Bulgarian split squats. We want to work toward symmetry, and unilateral moves give us a good opportunity to pinpoint any weaknesses.
