Welcome to Day 1 of my Tone & Shred at Home Fitplan! I hope you're excited to get to work on your fitness goals. We are going to get things started with some high-intensity interval training, which is just what it sounds like - intense! This is a great way to kick start yourself into action, as we're going to work on both strength and cardio in today's four HIIT sets. Then, we'll finish with two great ab sets to make sure we tone that core, as well. Let's do this!
