Equipment Needed: Dumbbells, Booty Band Hey, guys, and welcome to my four-week Tone & Shred at Home Fitplan! I'm truly excited to guide you through the next month as you embark on a journey of awesome transformation. We're going to be working together four times for the first week, then moving up to five and ultimately six workouts by the last week, with each workout having a different focus and feel. Combining high-intensity interval training, separate upper and lower body routines, tabata workouts, and much more, we're going to be shedding fat, building lean muscle, and working on your overall strength and mobility so that by the end of the month, you'll be feeling truly toned and shredded. I designed this Fitplan specifically for those of you looking to work out from home, so the only equipment you're going to need are a few dumbbells and resistance bands. But believe me, even if the equipment sounds minimal, we are going to be using them to maximum effect! And to keep things challenging and interesting, I've made sure to vary our workouts from week to week, as well, so you can be sure you're not going to bore your body or your mind. I'll be right here to guide you every step of the way, showing you how to properly execute each exercise, giving you general fitness tips I've gleaned from my years of experience, and providing you motivation and support throughout your journey. Hi, my name is Danni AKA Dannibelle! I'm a law student, personal trainer, online coach and the owner/founder of DB Active. Growing up I was an Australian National Youth track and field athlete and have been involved in sport and athletics for most of my life. Using my knowledge and experience in strength training, I have created fitness programs which have helped thousand of girls globally. The DB Squad community has given girls access to workouts, advice, support and motivation and has experienced rapid growth with Australian and international tours and events. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness and encourage others to embrace their individuality and strive to be the best version of themselves both physically and intellectually.
