Today we are going to be doing things a bit differently. We're starting off with five rather than four sets of bench presses, and I'm dropping the reps to just five to give you the chance to pump some serious iron. Then we're on to reverse grip and incline bench presses, four sets each and higher reps. From there, we've got two shoulder moves, and then we finish up with two triceps extension variations. Stay focused, and make every rep count!
