Alright, just two more days to close out the week. Today is the same upper body routine as last week, but I've added a couple reps each on the shoulder presses and upright rows. As before, don't drop the weight here, and wherever you can, increase it. Let's see some perfect rear delt raises - it's crucial to work the delt from all angles for those classic broad shoulders.
