Nice work out there! I'm sure your upper body is feeling it, so let's switch to legs today. If you look at the numbers you'll see we're doing just eight reps each on squats, deadlifts, and single-leg presses, then 12 reps each on quad extensions and hamstring curls. So, you guessed it - I'm looking for some serious weight on these. I know you've got a slumbering beast in you, now let's wake him up and bring him out!
