Once again, we are repeating this routine from last week, but this time with fewer reps. I want you to get in the zone and really challenge yourself to tie together everything we've worked on so far, and all those gains in strength and stability, and lift as heavy as you can on especially on our big compound moves. The only way to really keep growing in size is to constantly be pushing your limit!
