Solid work this week! I am sure you are feeling the cumulative effects of all the hard work we did, but I want one more push before we take our two-day rest. We are just going to nudge up the numbers to 15 reps across the board on our arm work today, but I absolutely invite you to boost your weight wherever you feel comfortable!
