Great performance this week, and I'm sure you can feel how far you've come. Think of today in simple terms. We are doing biceps curls with a barbell then dumbbells, triceps extensions with a bar then dumbbells, and finishing up with two crunch variations for core. Simple, but simply effective if you are present and focused on every rep. So go out there and foster that mind-muscle connection. Work hard, and rest up. We have two weeks to go, and we are definitely going to keep pushing it right through to the finish!
