Alright! Give me one more super-focused full body workout before we call it quits for the week. As this is only the second time we are doing this particular routine, I am not going to up the reps just yet. However, if you feel up for it, by all means boost the weight a bit. And I want you to take your rest days as seriously as your work days. We are working hard, so let's give your body a chance to recover before we come back for another week of even higher intensity!
