You are doing great so far! Week 4 already, and we are just going to keep the challenges coming. We're not changing anything in today's upper body workout versus last week's, but we are going to keep upping the reps on some of the moves. Show me some perfect deadlifts, rows, and curls, and really work through a full range of motion, especially on those pull ups!
